Starul Los Angeles Rams, Aaron Donald, decide că asocierea cu Kanye West este o asociere fără de care se poate descurca

Tackle Aaron Donald, the NFL’s three-time defensive player of the year, added a sack to his total despite the Los Angeles Rams not playing on Tuesday.

Donald brought down his relationship with Donda Sports, a marketing and content agency owned by controversial musician Kanye West.

West has been under fire for antisemitic remarks he made on television and other media platforms. Donald, who had his contract reworked into a three-year, $95 million deal with the Super Bowl champion Rams in the offseason, is longer be connected with Donda.

Donald expressed disappointment in West’s comments, which targeted members of the Jewish community. He said it was a family decision to sever ties with the rapper-turned-businessman.

“Our family has made the decision to part ways with Donda Sports,’’ Donald said in a statement. “The recent comments and displays of hate and antisemitism are the exact opposite of how we choose to live our lives and raise our children. We find them to be irresponsible and go against everything we believe as a family. As parents and members of society, we felt a responsibility to send a clear message that hateful words and actions have consequences.’’

Boston Celtics star Jaylen Brown has also distanced himself from West. Adidas is among the numerous well-known companies to cancel their deals with West.

Donald has three sacks for the Rams (3-3) as they prepare to face the visiting San Francisco 49ers (3-4) on Sunday after L.A.’s bye week.
