The creator of popular non-fungible token collection Bored Ape Yacht Club, Yuga Labs brought the Dookey Dash. The very first game from BAYC comes in the wake of its metaverse initiative worth 450 million USD. On January 14, it went on to Twitter and officially updated the community for upcoming events.

Dookey Dash is a monkey poop game from Bored Maimuţă Yacht Club where the player travels through a sewer system in search of a treasure box. If this was not clumsy enough, the key to the said treasure box is to be found at his “backside.”
The game is based on a theme which is not something quite unique though, where the endless floor meant to travel upon is full of obstacles. Popular game Temple Run has already had great success in the similar genre as the game has witnessed about a billion downloads.
Community has shown their interest and high spirit for the game over the social media platform. On the other hand, the criticism also goes in tandem with it. Many people raise questions on the game bringing nothing unique and following the track of an already popular game in the genre. While others have concern with the theme itself having disgusting elements.
However the game has an intriguing storyline to follow that explains the reasons and justify the player to swim through the sewer. In order to get a treasure box and a key, a monkey broke the fabric of reality as he was peeing, shattering it. Inadvertently swallowing the key during the festivities, he tries to get it back by spitting it out on the toilet. I don’t understand why he didn’t try to poop elsewhere besides the bathroom. Players must enter the sewers wearing a scuba suit for this reason, though: to obtain a key that is highly sought-after and covered with genitalia.
